It is quite easy and simple to make very delicious shami kabab at home. Just follow the following steps with ingredients:
Ingredients:
- Boneless breast pieces 2
- Potatoes medium size 3 or 4
- Onion medium size 1
- Chana Dal 1 cup (about 200 gram)
- Sinnamon stick 2
- Dry coriander powder 1 tea spoon
- Cumin (zeera) powder 1 tea spoon
- Red chili 3
- Green chili 2
- Fresh coriander As per requirement
- Bread crumb 1 tea cup
- Eggs 2
- Garam Masala 1 tea spoon
- Salt As per requirement
Procedure:
- Boil 1 and 2 separately
- Put 3, 4, 5, and 8 together and boil well
- Separate 5 and 8 from the boiled paste
- Put everything together in a cooking pot
- Mix them well, the kabab paste is ready
- Make shami kabab of your choice in a circle shape
- Fry the kabab and serve with podina chatni
Note: The un fried kabab can be freezed for later use
