Homemade Burger Buns
How to make a smooth homemade burger buns
Ingredients:
- Refined flour (maida 1 cup)
- Eggs (2)
- Yeast (1 tea spoon)
- Sugar (2 table spoons)
- Salt (apr)
- Milk (half cup)
- Sesame seed (apr)
apr: as per requirement
Procedure:
- Mix all the ingredients (except 7) using one egg and make a dough like for a pizza.
- Upon the dough became rise, form the dough into a round shape of small size.
- Put in a baking tray and leave for an hour.
- Upon the round shaped dough became smooth, beat the egg and spread the beaten egg on the surface of dough with a brush.
- Sprinkle the sesame seed over the dough shapes.
- Bake in free-heat oven for 15 minutes with 180 centigrade heating.
