Homemade Burger Buns

How to make a smooth homemade burger buns

Ingredients:
  1. Refined flour (maida 1 cup)
  2. Eggs (2)
  3. Yeast (1 tea spoon)
  4. Sugar (2 table spoons)
  5. Salt (apr)
  6. Milk (half cup)
  7. Sesame seed (apr)

  apr: as per requirement

Procedure:
  • Mix all the ingredients (except 7) using one egg and make a dough like for a pizza.
  • Upon the dough became rise, form the dough into a round shape of small size.
  • Put in a baking tray and leave for an hour.
  • Upon the round shaped dough became smooth, beat the egg and spread the beaten egg on the surface of dough with a brush.
  • Sprinkle the sesame seed over the dough shapes.
  • Bake in free-heat oven for 15 minutes with 180 centigrade heating.
